Our Vision
we make your parts quality
transparent
The meanwhile, termed classical coordinate measuring technique based on tactile scanning, meats its limitations very quickly when used for the processing of free forms. Due to the applied principle of measuring data
acquisition, only single measuring points or designated positions can be captured. In practice, even intended standard geometries are often unfathomable free shapes that have to be recognised and measured by the metrological equipment!
With our new approach of providing a CNC-driven 3D coordinate measuring instrument with area-based measurement, we are opening up a new dimension in 3D coordinate metrology and leave no geometric surface defect on your component undiscovered.
Intelligible, and easily interpretable graphical 3D evaluation protocols with colour coded representations allow a selective elimination of possible quality faults on your components.
Modern manufacturing technologies increasingly allow the free form design of components in which regular shapes no longer need to be taken into consideration.
The resulting so-called freeform parts or freeform surfaces can thus only be described by the CAD model.
As a consequence of this, a sufficiently high number of measuring points is required in order to describe and
compare such free shapes.
