MikroCAD 

This compact and affordable system by GFMesstechnik enables the 3d measurement and evaluation of micro structures of large surface areas within a few seconds.

The optical 3d measuring system with its integrated monochromatic LED illumination is entirely maintenance free. Due to its integrated optical interference filter, adjusted to the monochromatic light source and blocking the daylight influence, the device can be used without a light cover.

A key application is quality control accompanying the production process. Due to the automated measurement and product specific evaluation functions, the system is very easy to use. Subjective operator influences to the measuring process can be ruled out. An integration of the system in to a complete automated production process is possible as well. Apart of this, the software package ODSCAD also provides extensive functions for interactive evaluations.
