At the CONTROL 2010 in Stuttgart, we presented the newest development, our optical 3D measuring device
MikroCADLITE,
now available in an extremely cost-effective version, suitable for general workshop applications.
All fuctions are integrated in the sensor head and a compact touchscreen unit and are operated simply by the push of a button.
MikroCADLITE directly delivers the edge radius and chipping values of a cutting edge, and a measurement protocol on demand.

As shown in the adjacent picture, MikroCADLITE consists of
- the optical 3d sensor
- a screen for visual adjustment of the cutting edge and for data presentation
- a tool holder.
Measurement protocols can be obtained using a normal computer printer.
