The voluntary certification process has been carried out by Bureau Veritas Certification GmbH. Prerequisite for this certification is the introduction of a quality management system, in order to improve on customer satisfaction by complying to customer specific and regulatory requirements. Thereby we are ensuring that our products will always be complying to international standards and are guaranteeing a world wide compatibility of technologies and products. principally, the ISO standard ensures that mandatory specifications regarding materials, production, delivery, testing and verification, professional terminology and service are continuously instated and applied.
