The micro-optical 3D surface measuring device MikroCAD compact is designed for the three-dimensional inspection of surface profile and roughness of various sized parts with high measuring velocity and high precision. The measurement with this contactless optical device is based on fringe projection by digital micro mirrors (DLP). The 3D profile is acquired and calculated within a few seconds and is subsequently available for further analysis. Our comprehensive measuring software provides for numerous evaluations e.g. for planarity, structure, roughness, form deviation. The device works for a multitude of different materials, including soft structures and tissues.
